This Old Game Sales agreement

1. If you do not see your shipping address on the e-mailed Invoice/ order, Neither do we. So Please send your shipping address as soon as possible to Sales@ThisOldGame.com

2. If the Box is damaged and you hear anything broken. Please refuse the package. If it arrives when you are not home. Take the damaged package to UPS or USPS depending on which carrier delivered your package.

Please take photos of all the damage the box & the items so a claim can be filed, and a replacement may be made.The photos must be in focus showing the broken/damaged item(s) and box with All of the packaging TOG provided.

3. If you need to call us 888-676-4094 M-F 9:00 am to 3:00 pm you can e-mail anytime Sales@ThisOldGame.com. We do not answer questions over the weekend or in the middle of the night. If we are not available due to the day or time we will receive an e-mail of your issue and try to respond within 72 hours.

4.Turn around time depends on our work load, item availability & shipping schedule.

This Old Game strives to faithfully reproduce each and every reproduction.  Including the materials, textures & colors. Using all of the best materials available today. For example: 3M adhesive & 3M Vinyl. Fully Guaranteed if applied & stored correctly to last. All Items are printed on an order to order basis unless otherwise noted in in the description.

Shipping

• Shipping Within the continental USA via UPS or USPS
• International shipping will require additional shipping fee. Please e-mail if outside of  the continental USA for your shipping quote
• ALL Website Orders will receive tracking info as soon as your order ships out.
• If Item arrives damaged due to shipping you have within 1 week of receiving Item to let us know.
• If it arrives damaged Please e-mail photos that are in focus of the package and Item(s) as it arrived.
• All Items shipped are insured.

Warranty / Returns

This Old Game stands behind all of our products & reproductions. Warranty is void due to operator error. To avoid a void prep-work is key. Make sure you are applying to clean surfaces. That have been correctly prepped for any of our items. If you choose to return the item unused & undamaged you have 30 days. If you receive the item and would like a full refund please return the item & we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of the shipping fee paid to send it to you. This Old Game is not responsible for refunding the return shipping fee.

Any items that have to be remade due to shipping breakage will be done so  when we can squeeze the item in to our production schedule and repacked better than before but if it is shipped via UPS usually it is dour to the availability of the shipping company we use. If you have a P.O. Box please use for only smaller items due to the shipping is predetermined and we ship. Also we cannot ship Glass with most items due to the proportions of the boxes and the way USPS processes packages. We have discovered over the years that Glass should always be shipped by itself. No matter what you think is be international customer if I say it need to ship separately this is due to over two decades of shipping every day all over the world. We know the rules for any international size and weight restrictions.
