Question: What is a business day?

Answer: Business days are Monday – Friday and not weekends or holidays. Please keep in mind that orders & shipments are processed on business days only. This means that an order placed on Saturday & Sunday will not begin to be processed until the next business day usually Monday, please contact our office for help.

Question: My item arrived broken Now what do I do?

Answer: We try our best to pack products as safely as possible & damage rarely happens. Should any products arrive damaged due to the shipping company please Contact us via e-mail with Photos of the damage product, that are in focus, & the order #.

Please note that the damaged products must be destroyed or returned. So do not throw the product away until after we receive the news on the claim from our shipper. Due to the polices of the shipping companies we use there is a possibility they might need to fully inspect the package & items. If so then have to pack the items back up for the shipping company to pick up.

Question: How is shipping calculated ?

Shipping fee is calculated within the USA during check out by combining the weight and sizes of each item in your cart. If you put alot of items in your cart the shipping increases exponentially. We do return/refund any unused portion of the Shipping fee once the entire order.

Question: I cannot find the game artwork I'm serching for

Answer: Unfortueatly we cannot correct the pull down option for the search. Please make sure to look using exact phrase in our pull down menu to narrow down our searching options

Question: Will my glass be packege well? I hate if It arrive broken.

Answer: Yes, this will be packaged where it should arrive safely. We make sure to package items well within the standards FedEx demands for glass safety of eveyone who come in contact with the package. But accidents do happen that is why we have the package fully insured.
